SiWEDS Spring 2005 Review Meeting at the Hilton

May 19 - 20, 2005

          The Spring 2005 SiWEDS Review meeting  will be held at the Hilton hotel in Quebec City, Canada, on May 19-20, 2005 .  City . The technical Program, chaired by George Rozgonyi, will start on Thursday, May 19^th, 2005 at 8:00AM with a continental breakfast at the meeting room and adjourn on Friday, May 20, 4:00PM. Early Thursday afternoon we will have a two hour brake to allow SiWEDS members to attend the "Strained Silicon Integration" session at the ECS convention. The rest of the program will follow the general format of previous Spring meetings. A social dinner, for which all SiWEDS members and guests are cordially invited, is planned for the Thursday evening, May 19^th. More details about conference room, program, time schedule and directions will be published on this SiWEDS web as soon as the details are coming available.

All those planning to attend the meeting need to make their own reservation with the Hilton hotel. As this meeting has been arranged to segue with The Electrochemical Society 207^th meeting at the Convention Center in Quebec City you will receive the same reduced  accommodation rate as the attendees of the ECS meeting. The Hilton Quebec is adjacent to the Quebec Convention Center. It is recommended to use the online reservation system at the Quebec Central Housing Bureau to reserve your guest room accommodation. Select: "convention/event",  “Electrochemical 207th Annual Meeting”,  enter check-in and -out days, and make the reservation for the special  Hilton Quebec rate. The hotel rate is quoted in Canadian Dollars:

 The deadline for reservations is April 15, 2005. Reservations received after the deadline will only be accepted on a space available basis. 

Please make you reservation as soon as possible and I  urge all attendees to complete and submit the "MEETING REGISTRATION FORM"(click on),  because, I need to know as soon as possible the amount of attendees, in order to plan the logistics of the meeting.
