SiWEDS Fall 2009 Review Meeting in Dallas, Texas

General Information
The Fall 2009 SiWEDS Review Meeting will be held at The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, on October 22 and 23, 2009.  The meeting will start on Thursday, October 22 at noon, and adjourn on Friday, October 23 at noon.  A social dinner, to which all SiWEDS members and their guests are cordially invited, is planned for Thursday evening, October 22.  More details about conference rooms, programs, and schedules will be posted here as soon as they become available. 

Reduced accommodation rates of $85.00(USD) per night at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel are available to all attendees.  Bookings must be made prior to September 14, 2009, in order to secure this special rate.

We also require that all attendees complete and submit the Meeting and Registration Form, as soon as possible.  Knowing the number of participants and guests early will be very helpful for planning the logistics of the meetings and events.
