Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Materials Science and Engineering – Electronics 

The Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for a faculty position at the assistant professor level in the areas of electronic materials and advanced semiconductor devices. Areas of research expertise include advanced micro- and nanoelectronics, CMOS extension and beyond CMOS technology, power devices, 3D integration and advanced packaging, thin film growth, semiconductor process development, and materials characterization for semiconductor devices.
